The design apartments were newly built in 2023 and blend seamlessly with the ambiance of our historic factory building, combining unique loft appeal with the latest in living comfort. The former production spaces of the factory now house the creative industry, adding to the urban charm of the area.
The 8 fully equipped, trendy lofts with 46 m² each are a relaxed retreat, a home office away from home, and Stuttgart’s basecamp for discerning guests. Whether for business trips, expat stays, city breaks, or longer stays of up to 6 months, you will find your exclusive hideaway at Mono.

All-inclusive rent
Weekly cleaning, all utilities, electricity, and our high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room are available for free use.

All apartments are cleaned and maintained weekly by our professional staff.

Upon your arrival, the beds are made, and towels are ready for use. During the weekly cleaning, we provide fresh bed linens and towels.

The Württemberg Mausoleum in Stuttgart-Rotenberg offers a stunning view of the Neckar Valley. Like the Taj Mahal in India, this mausoleum in Stuttgart stands as a monument to great love. Local wine taverns invite you to enjoy a glass of wine and traditional Swabian snacks. The Inselbad, a public swimming pool, is also nearby for relaxation.

The challenge of creating living space for both short-term and long-term stays has been accomplished brilliantly. Despite the hybrid requirements, the resulting interior is highly successful, with its qualities extending into the courtyard. This newly created apartment building sets a prime example of responding to the need for new, flexible, and short-term living spaces.
